I am wondering as well coz I used Apple Pay at check out and linked to the wrong billing address, not sure if my order will get cxl because of it.

I had the same problem. I received a message that one part of my order -- the new case -- was not processed because of the error. I fixed it and all the warnings have gone away and the ship date remains the same 14-16th for the case). And I still have the same pickup window for the Friday...so I think it's OK as long as you correct it ASAP?
 
I ordered both a black iPhone 7 256G and a black iPhone 7 plus 256G at aro8nd 320 am EST Friday morning. My iPhone 7 is scheduled for delivery on September 16 and is processing while my iPhone 7 plus is scheduled for delivery September 28-30 but is already preparing for shipping. What are the chances that I'll get my plus on September 16?
 
I called Apple and got through to an agent. The agent I talked to said for store pickup orders credit cards may not be fully authorized until the day of the pickup (when the phone is actually picked up, he wasn't 100% sure of details though). He did tell me that Apple placed a nominal $1.00 charge to my credit card to "pre-authorize" the payment card i supplied was valid. You may not see it on your online banking but Apple has done this. I called my bank and they confirmed with me that Apple had tried this.

As for shipping, he wasn't able to confirm how/when the shipping process would be updated. He said it may very well not show up as shipped until the day before pick-up quite possibly.

He did assure me that the pick-up would be ready for the 16th of September.

I also asked about how many phones each customer is allowed to order, he said 2 devices, which I did.

Lucky you. My 7 plus is showing processing and delivery Sept 28...
 
My amex just got charged for 11185.37, still shows processing items though. I had reserved a 32G Gold 7 plus for pick up at fairview mall on the 16th. I thought pickups don't get charged until in store.
I was planning on activating on a subsidized fido plan. Not sure what to do now.

I also have a Jet black 128 7plus on reserve with fido currently no 18 in line. I prefer the JB but don't know when it will be available.

my visa card just got an authorization charge for the full amount for my 7 plus that i'm picking up at fairview centre mall also. I'm guessing it will become an actually charge on friday.

My credit card available balance also got deducted the amount of the 2 I ordered. From my dealings with customer service it seems like many of them are in the dark as to how the whole order processing/delivery works as I've been told incorrectly it seems.

My Gold 7 Plus has just showed up on the support page and a serial number has been assigned to me! Progress!
 
Yep, my in-store pick up order just got charged as well.

Has anyone ordered through Bell?

I walked into a bell store at around noon on Saturday and put in a pre-order for a 128GB JB plus. I was told I would get it on the 16th.

My online status thing from Bell still says my order is in queue.

Anyone have any updates with bell?
 
Same here. Can now track via MyUPS!

Same here, phone showed up on my support profile yesterday but I wasn't able to get any info on UPS using my order number till this morning.

Phone is currently in ZhengZhou.
 
Completed order in app at 3:22 for 7 Plus Matte Black 128GB and it had said 1-2 weeks before ordered but has been on Processing Items and 2-3 weeks since then with delivery 3-4 weeks. Sucks but all I can do is wait really and have faith because I've always gotten it delivered on launch day no problem in the past.
