I am in the same boat as everyone else that has the customs message with UPS. I am in Langley BC and I have had UPS deliver as late as 8pm PST so I am still hopeful!
Yes I live in a small town of 50 thousand and I know for a fact we never get deliveries this late
Nope. Nothing tonight. When I saw the UPS truck pass my house I knew I was finished today.
My day is Monday now.

I have the same customs message as everyone else. I've had it since 11:00am.
I called UPS a total of three times today. The first two times I was very quickly reassured that I would be receiving it today.
Once I called after 7:00 I got "it's going to come on Monday now" and he had no idea where it was.
Then I got a call from my local UPS centre and she let me know that my phone is still in Toronto and that it's being held up by customs. Awesome.
She said it will probably get into my city around 11:00 tonight, and if not, then by tomorrow morning I think. Since they aren't open tomorrow or Sunday, I'm looking at Monday. She suggested that I do a pickup if possible, but it won't be ready until after 11:00.
I probably won't ever order a phone for launch day again, but if for some reason I do, I'd rather drive the hour and a bit to one of the Apple stores in Toronto. But I hate crowds. So I'll probably just wait until things die down and stores have enough stock.
I'm pretty bummed.

Set up fully now, just waiting for a full charge then going to go at it. I particularly love the new home button and 3D Touch.
So UPS website says it's departed Concord and I have a delivery date back up there instead of info not available. It says delivery by the end of the day today. Not likely UPS
Never got mine either, called UPS and they told me my shipment was taken off the truck and now I won't get it till Monday, wtf?
Mississauga. I called 1-800-742-5877 and spoke to one of the customer service agents.
