Mississauga. I called 1-800-742-5877 and spoke to one of the customer service agents.

Thanks. I called that number and they did at least give me better information than UPS.com's glitchy customs broker message. My black 7 128gb was scanned in Hamilton and hasn't even reached Saskatoon yet. The customer service agent was a sweetheart, but UPS has maintained its ****** reputation.

Committing to a delivery date should mean something.

Yeah, I just got off the phone with UPS to escalate the issue as I was guaranteed it would be delivered today by 3 different people. Was told to call back on Monday. Asked where my package currently is 'cos the only update I have is that it's in Concord, was told it's on a truck on it's way to Mississauga even though the last person told me it was taken off the truck.

Alright I was able to reserve a phone for my wife for store pick up this afternoon. When I went in at 6:30, the guy told me they have no phone to sell me and asked me to go back tmr. Should I push for some kind of compensation? Anyone has experience can share?

Probably a long shot but I just a reserved an iPhone through that carrier thing. Do you think they'll allow me to "change" my purchase into an unlocked carrier-free phone?

I'm not waiting for Monday. I just reserved a Black 128 Plus for 10am pick up.

The advantages of having an erratic sleep schedule...

Compensation for what? The reservations available this morning is likely from stock they received overnight. They'll likely get more day to day, it's been like this the past few years.

I see there's also a page on the site to reserve a phone for pickup with a carrier plan. I ordered my phone through Telus to get carrier-pricing on a 2 year contract. Does this mean I could reserve for pickup at the Apple Store and do the same thing (not pay full price of phone but do a Telus plan)? Does anyone have experience with that? Curious how it works. I work today so I won't book a reservation, but perhaps tomorrow morning.

My phone spent a day in Kentucky with UPS then arrived in my city (Ottawa) yesterday AM. I wake up to find it is now in Lachine Quebec. Don't know what is going on. Delivery is supposed to be 9/19. Seems like they are making it harder on themselves.

What time did reservations open? I thought they were supposed to open at 8AM but I refreshed the site and it's live. It's not even 8AM in Winnipeg yet....

I did exactly that 2 years ago when I got my 6 Plus and they didn't even bat an eyelash.

You can say you changed your mind or that you didn't realize it was for a carrier plan and I'm sure they will sell it to you no problem. They are getting the money for it either way.

The exact model I want is apparently available for reservation and all I've been getting all morning when I click Continue is a "We're sorry, but this service is currently unavailable" message. Argh.
