You have to ship the phone back to Apple. The Apple Store will NOT accept online returns. As I tried this last year.
Do they only do this for phones? I've returned a Macbook once that I ordered online in the actual store
Probably worth the wait, mine came yesterday was on the same truck as your phone, can't believe you didn't get your phone yesterday, wow.
Anyway the watch is nice, I am just learning how to use it. The phone is slick too but it wouldn't take much to impress me, I moved up from an iPhone 4' 6 years old, served me well!!!

Was open at 2AM according to my friend who texted me. I was also expecting it to be available only at 8AM but it was available way earlier.
Checked at 5AM and found no Jet Blacks, can't even confirm if they got some in or if they were just reserved by people who unknowingly refreshed the page in the middle of the night.
I'm in Scarborough, ON and didn't receive my watch yesterday as ordered. I too will wait until Monday. Calling Apple now to get something for my troubles.

Yeah the reservation system is all messed up. East stores all went live at 12am. And they got matte black in every single store. I waited until 1:30am and Alberta & BC still not available so I went to sleep. This morning a local Kijiji guy contacted me saying he got couple black through reservation system at 3:30.
I went back to reservation online at 8:00 and the black is all gone. Apple needs to get their **** together.

Yeah I was up til around 2AM Winnipeg time last night and it wasn't on then I wake up early today, refresh, and see that the page is way live before 8AM. Sadly no more Black 7 Pluses anymore, Jet Black would've been a bonus.
I really don't want to pay those guys on Kijiji extra $200 or $150 to get a phone already expensive enough.
I don't think jet black would be available for another two weeks or so. Heard the fail rate is too high.
Does anyone have Export Scan come up on their UPS tracking?
UPS has told me they don't know why my package was delayed, but it sat with the same broker/free trade message for over ten hours. Then it left Concord and went to Mount Hope, the opposite direction of where I live. The woman who called me from my local UPS centre told me that packages come from Concord straight to her centre, so why on earth would it go to Mount Hope?
It's the Export Scan that has be confused though.

No don't have an export scan but mine still shows the stupid free broker thing but I think the tracking system wasn't updated properly and had a bunch of unwanted or delayed scans. Mines coming monday
They had some Matte Black ones at 2:15AM, just went to Polo with my friend who reserved it.
Apple needs to change this reserve system back to what it was the past 2 years. Grey out all stores whose city wasn't 2AM and then slowly phase them in when the respective cities hit 2AM. It was much better and more predictable about when to check for store stock.
Right now, it's just randomly check and hope for the best.
It just showed up with no warning! UPS on the phone last night said not until Monday, but I guess they have a Saturday truck crisscrossing Saskatoon full of iPhones. The driver said they'd all been sent to Seattle—which doesn't match any info on the tracking page—but they're here now.

But I'm thinking because we dont have a ups up here that it will remain in this state until Monday when it can be transferred to a delivery truck

Winnipeg update: My phone got delivered today! On a Saturday! Rejoice!
Lucky you! My phone from TELUS hasn't shipped yet! Currently refreshing the reservation page to see if I can reserve a Black 7 Plus and cancel the TELUS preorder that i have.
I was at the local Apple Store in Vancouver and they said, yes, they WILL take online returns THIS year.
My phone has been stuck in ZhengZhou, China for the last two days.
