You have to ship the phone back to Apple. The Apple Store will NOT accept online returns. As I tried this last year.

I would double check on this, I returned my SE to the store a few months ago that I had purchased online.

Today it went to preparing to ship, and i see it on my credit card.

Anyone knows how long till it gets shipped now?

well i got both on order. But no its the regular black thats preparing to ship, the jet black is still processing (same window oct 5-12)

Yeah my jet black 7 plus is still in processing too and every conversation that I have with the apple customer care rep they just ask me to be patient,Some lucky people are getting their phones earlier thn expected even though they have a delivery date of Oct 4th-11 its been on the news.It's disappointing for some of us who have to wait so long.

Is anyone's Telus preorders shipping yet? Still have the unfortunate 4-6 weeks shipping estimate for my 256 GB Jet Black 7 Plus.

How often do apple stores restock? Mine is expected to deliver Oct 5-12th and I'd like to time a reservation and secure mine as soon as possible.

Should I be checking daily or is there a certain time they restock a week?
