Any pics of a Space Grey iPhone with the Charcoal Silicone Case?

I too would love to see some real world pics of this combo. I'm debating between that and the midnight blue silicone.

Edit: I can't take photos at the moment but I ran to the Apple Store and got the charcoal grey, I think it looks really good on the space grey and complements the space grey watch with black sport band, which is what I have.

Personally I'm going to go with leather (black). My handbag, purse, iPad case etc are all black leather. My favourite biker jacket that I've had since I was 17 is a worn black leather. I don't mind that every day uses will change the look of the leather case. To me leather looks good worn and aged :)

I opted for the silicone case in midnight blue. I was tempted to get the leather, but I have read several issues with its overly snug fit, and also considered how it'll fair when I'm in the gym or running and in a chemistry lab (where I work). Silicone was the best option. I do like it. It has a very high quality feel, great grip, and I have had no issues yet with lint or stickiness.

Any suggestions? I like the feel of both of them, just can't decide. I've never used an Apple case before, so have no experience with how they are over time. I've read a bunch of the posts here, so have seen some issues with leather darkening and looking drastically different over time, silicone being a dust magnet, etc.

Is one more protective than the other? Look better over time than the other? View attachment 585090

So I just switched from the silicone to the leather. I thought I would share something that I haven't heard many people talk about. The leather case keeps the phone feeling much smaller and thinner than the silicone. IMO at least.

And this is also something I think I'm in the minority on. The leather case has WAY more grip than the silicone. It must depend on each persons hands.

Red 6 case after 5 months. Brand new for the plus. The older one is definitely dirtier than average tho. I do like that it darkened and the bright red dulled, which is why I stuck with the same color.

I'm returning my leather case for a silicone case

The feel of the leather bothers my hands
And the case is too slippery

I did return the leather one and have been using the silicone one all weekend, and I really love it. Thanks for everyone's help!

Team silicone! I got the midnight blue silicone case for my 6S and it feels like butter. Offers enough grip, smooth to the touch. I love it!

I picked up the white silicone case for my 6s Plus and while it stayed pristine over the weekend in my shorts, after a car ride in my jean pocket, it got inundated with little blue specks of lint. I can kinda brush them away but it sorta defeats the purpose and I'm seriously considering returning it out right.

How's Silicone Case Lint Levels for everyone?

no lint on mine yet. It's been in jeans pockets, dress pants pockets, fleece pocket and purse. Nothing yet.

Anyone have a picture of a silicone or leather midnight blue case for a gold 6s/6s+?

I have pictures of both the midnight blue leather and silicone, but on a silver 6S, if you want them.

Please share those pics!

I had the midnight blue leather case on my white/silver iPhone 6. I bought the 6S and just transferred the same case over. I don't like how dark the blue leather case got over the past year. I really liked the original midnight blue color. If the silicone preserves the color of the case better, I may opt for that one when and if I decide to get a new case.

I like both for different reasons. The silicone feels like it offers a bit better protection, and I like the clean look. It fits a bit better too (the leather is tight). I like the feel of both, but like the feel of the leather better. It feels a bit more 'executive', if you will. I've been using the silicone case a bit more as of now, but some of that is because I was using the black leather on my 6, so I'm enjoying the switch a bit. I'll probably go back and forth between them every few weeks.

It's worth noting that while the above shots were taken by daylight through a window, with typical indoor lighting both are darker. In these cases the silicone retains more of the blue look, while sometimes the leather can look very dark (almost black).

I had both the Midnight Blue silicone and leather for the iPhone 6s. I got the silicone first because I had heard that the material was new and didn't attract as much lint as last year's model. But unfortunately after opening it up and putting my phone in it and placing it in my pocket, the sucker (at least for me) attracted a whole mess of jean lint. Thinking it was just "new" I had it on for about a day and a half and one full work day, and it annoyed the hell out of me.

Fast forward to last night when I swapped it for the leather case, and boy how is it ever different to night and day. No lint! But the feel is different. It's slippery a bit but that's to be accepted since I haven't broken in the leather. But as others have said, it does feel more "executive" and sleek. The Midnight Blue goes great with Space Gray! Originally I was going to go black on black but the color contrast is striking! Hopefully the patina will be good as well.

So for now, the Midnight Blue leather case will be my goto case for my iPhone 6s! Good luck to the lot of you on your decisions!

I returned the saddle brown leather due to slippery and tight fit but got midnight blue instead and this one is not slippery petferct feeling like it but still very tight fit thouhh
