I like how someone pointed out you originally typed September 17th, but now you changed it to the 19th. I've seen multiple screenshots of people who bought 16GB white phones shipping from Illinois, while all the shipping screenshots I've seen from people who bought the 16GB black phone have been coming from Nashville. Sadly, mine can't be found on UPS' website yet.

I mistyped. I clearly said if you don't have tracking my Thursday, you're hosed. I typed in today's date instead of Wednesdays date.
Don't believe me if you want, I'm just helping out.
I never said I don't believe you. Apple's order status page says that mine is getting delivered on 9/21, so I'm just going by that still. If it shows up on 9/21, awesome. If not, oh well.

I bought from Apples iPhone app. 16 GB black ATT. Mine still says preparing for shipment on Apple's site but I can go to UPS and see it by ref number. It's sitting in Tennessee.
Does that sound right? It says its .90 lbs, where as some people are saying theirs are 2 lbs. Also, why do I have a departure scan? Does that mean it left TN already? If it makes any difference, the shipping type on Apple's site is "Holiday Shipping" and I have no idea what that means.

Ok, so let me ask you something, I ordered my 16gb white at&t phone at 1pm est and accepted t and c at 2:02pm est and my order still shows processing but when I ordered they said delivery by the 21st but i recieved a email on the 15th saying item will ship in 14-21 days- which is correct?
I ordered a black and a white 16GB phone from apple. Current tracking info has departure scans from nashville with ups next day saver for delivery on 9/21. Friday can't come soon enough.
where do you find your ref number on Apple's site? I tried the "order" number and it says it's not valid.
got tracking for a 16 gb today through the reference and it's in Illinois.
Not correct. Most of them are on the main number on your account. Some are home phone numbers.
In my case it was the main line phone number, not the number I was upgrading.

Well I purchased from Apple and my phone is in Addison, IL as well. I believe that it is a UPS hub as another user posted not that AT&T has a 'secret' stash there...
I ordered a Black and White 16GB from AT&T directly as I set up a new account. Ordered at 4:10am EST and received first email at 4:11am and then the second with my phone numbers at 4:12am. I assume since they emailed me the phone numbers assigned to my new account I will have my on the 21st for sure. My current status is as followed...
