Can't post to facebook using Photos

I installed El Capitan on my mac and no have Photos vs iphoto.
I used to be able to drag a photo from iphoto to facebook. Now i can't.

In Photos preferences, i tried to click on Use as System photo library but it is greyed out.

any suggestions?
