so this att salesgirl is lying when she said i have to "come into the store" because I have a FAN? argh...

but when i was able to get on the Apple site it did not work. it was just clocking and then timed out. now the site is down so...

i'll try again later when i get into work but if all else fails i'm going to the store to make sure nothing gets screwed up. i have a 28% FAN I don't wanna loose, especially since I don't work there anymore ;)

Mine is only 15% but I should have waited to add it... GRR
 
+1 for no iPhone 4 showing up in the Premier page.

You'd think after four years of this happening every single summer that they'd be better prepared.
 
I don't see it in my premier store either. I have a FAN discount as a corporate customer. However we have a dedicated ATT sales rep for our company, as most corporate customers do and our rep was making a list of clients who requested pre-orders that she will process today. It seems like folks who have FAN accounts through non corporate entities like universities are still able to pre-order. Of course I still wanted to pre-order myself given the reliability of ATT reps unfortunately

All the poor People for AT&T premier on the phone have no clue whats headed their way in 30 mins..... Oh I feel sorry for them.

Remember dont yell be nice! (I hate EU's whom yell on the phone IMO, phone tech support myself.)

Nope... Although my page says "Faculty" and Im a student, I filled out the student forum...


I have a feeling though... since I have an old messed up email at my school, the domain my email is on is different that most students. I needed a full account for my web design class. It thought I was faculty!!

I never have a problem with AT&T support, they always care of my problem very promptly. Now today, could be a different story.

I had no problem with my FAN account on apple's site, but on the ATT site, it wouldn't show the iphone 4.
 
i had no issues with the apple store or the premier store. I was able to add a line from the premier store and i was able to do my in store reservation at the apple store.

Well I just finshed speaking to a premier business care rep & she told me I have to go into an AT&T store! This is BS to the max.
 
I am on hold also, agent said she would pass me through to a web agent to process the order..Man that hold music is a pile of kack..
How did you get an agent so quick?? It's almost been 25 minutes for me and doubleatheman.

Nope. I couldn't really start complaining a whole lot since I'm at work & don't want to make a scene. But I am pissed right now. I'm actually rethinking this & I may just not renew my contract & go to another carrier.
