Cant preorder because of fan account?

i was told to also go into the store today to pre-order because of my FAN. The rep said I might not be able to pre-order at the store because the system has crashed and they are working on fixing it. not sure when the site will be up but I am free to go into the ATT store at 10am to try but if the system is not available I'd have to keep coming back to the store or just come tomorrow or wait... what kind of answer is that!??!?!?!
I think that this is a sign for me to wait a couple weeks until the madness dies down. Nothing works today

I was having the same issue earlier, iPhone not appearing in premier website, but i guess it just updated because they are there now!
Check again. Who know in what order they update the website.

this is total bull%$#@!!!!!!!! Seems like I/we are being punished for being affiliated with a company.
but you shouldn't have to go through all of that. it not like they are giving you a discount on the phone. Why can i purchase a 3gs with my fan but not a 4g
I have a FAN through my employment with my university. My wife and I have a family plan and both got our phones in Nov of 08 so we were looking to upgrade. Thanks to a tip on here, the new 4G phones are listed at the bottom of the phone upgrade list page. I was able to upgrade with the member prices, but I had to place two separate orders, one each for my wife and I. It wouldn't let me order them together.
I got the emails for each order and it appears to show as processing. Hope it goes through, and hope everyone else gets their pre-orders set up!

Just checked again and the iPhone 4 is now there, ready to pre-order.
The website is still very slow. Pre-order not complete yet. This process is testing my patience, that's for sure.

It's showing up on my Premier page but when I click pre-order I get shot back to the main page. This is stupid. I just walked into my Apple store last year on launch day at noon and was able to buy a 3GS with no wait, no line, no nothing. [facepalm]
I'm at the screen where I put in my address info but I can't get to the next checkout screen... I keep getting a "please provide an attention name" error but I have every single field completed, even the non-required ones. Anyone else have this problem? Suggestions?

Does anyone else have a problem with AT&T Premier site not giving you the option of keeping your existing plans?
I couldn't order for delivery through Apple and AT&T is completely hosed but I do have two reserved for pick up at an Apple store. Ugh! I didn't want to go that route because the store is about an hour away and I will need to get there early so I can get back from my son's graduation from elementary school. You would think they would have ironed out the bugs on attempt 4!!
