I keep dreaming of my new upcoming rose gold 128gb iphone 6s+ that I preordered last week. I am getting more excited as the day gets closer. And it is harder for me to sleep at night. I have a problem, I know it. Am I the only one with this problem?

I love reading these insane posts from fan boys whenever a new iPhone is released. Thanks for the laugh this morning!

    You don't have a problem.

You're just far on down the road to major disappointment.

When your iPhone shows up and the actual physical phone does not correlate to the image you have in your head you will then have set yourself up for depression.

Then the rest of us here on MR will have a problem…because you'll be back with threads/posts about how Apple let you down.

I can't sleep because I pound coffee all day trying to stay awake at work...is there an iPhone color to help that?

I can't sleep because there's a huge burn hole where my credit card used to be ... oh ... a box from Apple ...

Maybe I should have gotten the Rose Gold 6s. I am spending too much on caffeine.

OP is this your first smartphone? When I moved from a Motorola to the first iPhone in 2007, it was a very exciting experience. I did wake up in the middle of the night to check my shipping order. The possibilities seemed endless compared to my previous phone. I knew it was going to change my life.

If you are literally losing sleep over a nominal upgrade, then yes you should probably reflect on life's priorities. Perhaps volunteer, exercise, find a hobby (outside of buying iphones) or find a mate and procreate? These can do wonders for clearing your mind from the frivolous things in life.

There is an app called iSleep. It comes free with 6s plus so don't worry you will be able to sleep well.
