Once you get it, look directly into a mirror and say, " I just spent $1,000.00 on a phone to text, and play games. God help me. o_O

Spending that much on a phone a few years ago made me cringe. Still did it, but it made me cringe. These days I don't think twice. These things offer more than just text and games... and as long as they remain under $1000 I'll be upgrading every year. The camera alone is fully capable of making me forget about my DSLR when I don't necessarily feel like carrying

im actually not spending that much money on it, Im on the NEXT(installment) plan with at&t and I am paying $47 a month for 12 months, after those 12 months, ill be able to trade it in with the new iphone, same payment, same plan.. so that's only about $564 altogether.

LOL! Let me just translate that for our non-native English readers: "So shut the f**k up!"

That is a nice deal! I have to say I am one of those people who pay one thousand (one hundred... Euro) on a new phone each year, which sells for about 700€ (though I have to sell it myself, no trade in), so I do get money back. That is (yet another thing I like) about Apple. If it was an An... An... Andriod (did I spell that right?) device then it would sell for about ten per cent the original value.

Man I wish I had that kind of money to just spend all at once on an iphone. Fortunately the installment plans are available now, makes it a lot easier for people to have the best new device.

If installment plans didn't exist, I wouldn't have an iPhone (or iMac or Watch or Time Capsule, or, or, or...)

I keep dreaming of my new upcoming rose gold 128gb iphone 6s+ that I preordered last week. I am getting more excited as the day gets closer. And it is harder for me to sleep at night. I have a problem, I know it. Am I the only one with this problem?

Aaahh such a cute little attention seeking thread you've posted;)

See, see...I just popped awake here at 2:34 a.m. eastern time. Gah! I was just deeply asleep dreaming that my entire neighborhood was inside a mountain and I wanted to find a place to have a picnic but would have to take this weird elevator and then it segued into a more boring dream about babysitting. Then I just popped awake. Time to look at iPhone accessories until I pass out again. I've got the iPad and myself angled so I don't get bonked in the nose. Okay, go back to whatever you were doing before...writing this is making me sleepy. Yay.

I haven't slept since the iPhone 6S keynote, you heard right, 160+ hours ago. I just keep replaying the iPhone 6S specs over and over in my head, I have Tim's voice embeded into a trance remix relaying the words "We're really excited about this" and "This is the most technologically advanced phone EVER" playing on repeat, it totally gets me amped for the up-coming release. And the exciting thing is even when I get my iPhone 6S I wont be sleeping; I will be using that gorgeous 3D touch feature, peeping and popping into conciousness.

Suggest you go and camp outside an Apple Store to really take in the atmosphere !!

Actually the keynote nearly put me to sleep a couple of times. I was very sleepy the first time I watched it on my iPad. When I watched it again on the tv with my family I appreciated it more. Especially when we fast forwarded past the home shopping and some game demos.

I dropped right back asleep last night reading through a thread about people arguing about whether or not 64gb is enough space for people who take video in 4k or whatever the new standard is called. Then they were arguing over why anyone would bother.

Time for coffee. Alas, my doctor has me on decaf. That's why I'm GrumpyMom.
