Can’t trade in during purchase ???

Can we not trade our old MacBook during purchase anymore ? Also I typed my maxed out 16 inch i9 and it doesn’t even show up but every other does I only see i7 2.3 not i9

yah i had the same issue. when i went back it popped up. I am sure the site is getting hammered so probably was a glitch

and once you get there, I had to put in my serial number literally 5 times before it accepted it.. kept coming up with error messages... so I think the trade in is particularly wonky. but it is working. eventually.

No, if you start the trade in online it cannot be taken to a store so you have to send it in via mail.

Can I ship my trade-in computer after the new one arrives? I haven’t ordered the new one yet, so it now says December delivery. I can’t be without a computer for 2 months.

you send it back after u new one arrives, you can also trade in separately, if you have an Apple Card they give you the trade in up front which made todays purchase much easier.
