DC seems to have had better luck at their superhero movies then Marvel, not sure why really. I am looking forward to the Green Lantern, Green Hornet just looked stupid to say the least. Thank god they rebooted Batman and have nailed it each time, thanks largely to Chris Nolan and Christan Bale who really seem to understand the character. The FF movies were ok as far as I am concerned, they really need to redo Daredevil and Elektra those were just god awful, and they haven't got the Punisher right yet, and its been what, three movies already? I am unsure how the new Spiderman movies will be, Toby Maguire was just wrong for PP and whatshername was even more wrong for MJ, but I heat that MJ won't even be in the first reboot and its all about Gwen Stacey who didn't even show up until 120 or so issues into the comic whereas MJ was there from the beginning pretty much. So far Iron Man has done well, Thor looks interesting and the Avengers might be ok, thankfully the second Hulk was waay better then the first too.

I hear you. I actually liked Spider-Man quite a bit though. Fantastic Four and Daredevil were absolutely dreadful though. Daredevil should more be following the tone of what Frank Miller did with it in the 80s- not sure how to fix Fantastic Four, but yes- it needs to be redone with completely different actors. Ironically, Chris Evans was the best part about those films.

With the exception of the Batman franchise I think DC has not been very good when it comes to their comic book adaptations. The last Punisher I thought was by far the best and was pretty true to how he is in the comics. I actually really liked it.

I liked the first two Spider-mans. They were pretty good. The last one, well, did they even make a part three!? From what I have read and heard in interviews Sam Rami was basically told to add more villains. I think he knew it and the rest of us knew it that it would be over kill and would ruin the movie.

Iron Man I was good, Iron Man 2......... would have been good if they would of stuck with the first villain. Instead it was over kill with all the robots IMHO.

Thor, I think looks pretty good. I was able to see a pretty long trailer/scenes and it didn't look half bad. The avengers I am worried about. To many characters sharing the screen. I hope they can pull it off!

Looks cool. I knew they were doing this, but hadn't kept up with how far it's coming.

Stanley and Hugo are what's going to make that film great.

As I said to a friend, WWII with super heros? Yes please. :D

For the record, I'm not a fan of the Iron Man movies.

I really have high hopes for this. Captain America was my favorite as a kid. I like what I'm seeing so far. I like what they did with the outfit. It's a hell of a lot better than having the guy running around a battlefield in tights. And this is just awesome.

Thanks for info - looks like it'll be pretty good...

Sometimes, the comic book hero movie adaptation turns out disastrous - hopefully not this one.

Past films made about Captain America have been absolutely miserable. They really need to get this right, or I fear it will be the last time we even see it attempted.

I was quite surprised when the trailer showed during the Super Bowl. I had no idea they would show a trailer.
