This is all so fantastical, all of this information....

Now, how/what do I do to fix/figure out what is wrong with my car.

It sounds like other people have had the same problem since the original post. They should take the car to a mechanic / garage of their choice. Some things you should leave to professionals.

Dearest imake, does this seem like CarTalk to you?

Anyways, my guess is a slipping belt. Probably the belt that connects the starter to the rest of the engine. Does it make the noise only when the key is in the start potion?

(Don't drive like my brother)
I know this is old but my friend there is no belt that drives the starter I hope you have learned this by now.

It depends on the car. Some of the more unique variants have a starter belt, while most have a gear engagement with the flywheel.

One of my old cars had a belt drive and no gearbox!

as the car sped up the diameter of the shaft the belt was on would change thus changing gear (kinda).

My mom's 2014 Buick has the starter on a belt. It's actually part of a weird pseudo hybrid system(I forget what GM calls it) with an abnormally large starter motor that's both used to both charge a Li-Ion pack in the back of the car when decelerating/braking and then give a boost under acceleration.

Can you make a video and upload to hear what the sound is? Just a prrrr-rent doesn't make it enough. Also, a small like sorta walkthrough video would be nice.

However, one small tiniest of questions...
Have you changed the oil?
I was trying really hard to picture that sound.
