Interestingly, that was the other way around, the cartoon came from the live action movie Disney ripped off - Buster Keaton's film Steamboat Bill Jr.

Did someone say Disney was interested in intellectual property rights? He/they barely even changed the title name. Yet Steamboat Willie has had 4 copyright extensions by the US Congress to stop people stealing it - like Disney did. Thieves smell their own.

Don't get me started on everything else Disney has stolen.. Pinocchio, Snow White, Alice in Wonderland etc etc... but staying on thread topic, I was going to suggest Kimba the White Lion as a cartoon to make into a film, except hey, Disney's stolen that too for The Lion King.

I can't stand Disney films either. Really can't stand them. The only one I'd ever watch again might by (might be) The Emperor's New Groove.

/fires up iTunes to play some New Order... :D

I love me some New Order.

Wow, there has rarely been the same cartoon mentioned twice. Anyway, a Family Guy live -ction movie would suck no matter how good the script is. It would be odd to see those characters try to be realized as real people and it wouldn't turn out well. A Family Guy cartoon movie would be great, though.
