The sides were the hardest part when applying it to the iPhone. Because it is so tiny it is hard to align and it easily moves around when wet. Gotta be sure you have your fingers 100% wet when touching the side pieces to avoid oil/dirt getting on it. If you align it perfectly and dry it properly it sticks really well. My sides hasn't peeled out yet from being in my pocket.
My fingers doesnt get stuck swiping around on the screen. It is pretty smooth almost like the naked screen. After you first apply the screen on it becomes a bit bumpy depending on how well you squeegee out the water. All the bumps goes away when it completely dries over 24-48hrs. Don't be alarmed the screen is a bit hazy after applying the screen. It is because of the soapy water underneath that hasn't dried up. Wait 24-48hrs and it becomes crystal clear.
I've applied skins to many of my family's phone and i found the more wet you get it the better the end result. Don't be too scared to soak it lol.
If i look really hard at an low angle with the iPhone off I can see a lite orange peel texture, but I cant see it looking directly at it nor feel it with normal use. It depends how hard to press when squeezing the water after aligning it. The skin is flexible and if you press to hard it will dry and leave waves or marks.
I used Zagg and BSE before and I say its smoother than both. Pretty similar to Bodyguardz. But so cheap at $1.39 I bought several more and still cost less than Zagg.
