Ditto. I love the new design of the Synthesis. I just love the Synthesis in general this year. After I got rid of that FineWoven disaster, I haven't looked back. Pretty much a goldilocks case for me.

That's how it is for me! I was actually interested in trying the FW but I think I'll just save my money 🤣 Usually I'm swapping my phone in and out of cases, but since I got the Gray Synthesis, my phone hasn't left it. It's pretty much a perfect case.
Same here. I got the Synthesis on Friday and haven’t taken it off since. Well, just once to make sure I actually could after @Hooterville scared me haha.
I feel like the Action button and Volume buttons are more responsive on the Sheath then the Synthesis. The power button is good on both.
Anyone placed an order where it's on back order and the website says "ships by [date]" and not had it ship by that date?
I placed an order for a Gray Sheath (with button cover) for the 15 Pro about 8 days ago. It said it would ship by 27th. Starting to cut it fine. Getting nervous using my phone nakey without a case for so long.

Went past the date they said they’d ship by and they hadn’t told me of a delay so ended up cancelling.
Good thing really as I’d never use over the case I have
Yes!!! When I ordered on 10/3 the website said my Sheath would ship on 10/10. That didn't happen.
I emailed and they gave me a new ETA of 10/15-10/17. That didn't happen either. /so they blew 2 ship dates on my order.

Coincidentally I've just checked the website and the case I backordered (Gray Sheath 15 Pro) is showing as available to buy now with no backorder date (whereas two other colors are still backordered). Guess that means mine will ship soon hopefully.
I had to switch my 15 Pro Max Celestial Blue order to Amethyst so it’d ship. I ordered on October 4th when it had a 10th ship date.
I got my phone on the 22nd, and it STILL hadn’t shipped. So I contacted them, switched my order to Amethyst, and that just shipped today with an expected 10/28 delivery date.
This isn’t the norm for them because I ordered at two different times for the 14 Pro, and had great turnaround times, but I just think they could be more proactively transparent with their operations delays to those who have impacted orders. I‘d still be waiting for my case with no updates had I not contacted customer support almost two weeks after they missed the date.

I agree. I ended up getting both the Sheath and Synthesis for my 15P. I'll probably keep them both, but I'm liking the Synthesis better this year. Just feels better in the hand, lighter and crisper. It's super tight, however. And I do wish they would've put microfiber in it like the Sheath. I am paranoid that taking the cases on and off will scratch my blue titanium. The plastic on the case shouldn't scratch the phone, right?

I wouldn't worry about scratching your phone. I don't think the material they use will have any impact on a metal surface.
Those with a Sheath/Synthesis with a visible MagSafe ring indentation - do you consider it a fault or did you just keep it? Were Caudabe open to sending a replacement just for that reason?
I've never had this issue with any of the Sheaths I've had, including the Celestial Blue Sheath I had recently. Just ordered a Gray Sheath and hoping it's issue free. Definitely more quality issues with Caudabe's cases this year compared to previous years.

All have it to a degree. Darker cases show it less. This is only on the sheath. Syntheses no issues.
So clear as you can see it on my black sheath, i consider it as a fault. Because there are also other ones where you can‘t see it or only barely.
I wrote Caudabe a eMail with photos of the issue on 19th of October. Next day I got an answer that the will send me a new one and since 23rd of October the replacement is on the way to me.
So that Caudabe sends out a replacement without asking further questions etc. is a sign for me, that it should not show the magsafe ring (like it was on the last years cases).
Let you know if this is has also the „issue“ or not.
I think they all have the issue to SOME extent. I have the black sheath, and in most lighting it's not noticeable at all or BARELY noticeable. Then under some lighting you can see it just a bit more. Somebody else also stated something similar.
IF you can see it under all lighting very clearly, then yeah you probably have a more extreme version of it.
