Caudabe's iPhone 13 cases

I just received my Sheath today too. After using a Symmetry for the past few years, this is a welcome change. The Sheath feels great in the hand!

I’m also considering picking up a Mous Limitless 4.0. Can anyone that has both comment on which they prefer and why?

Sheath hands down. Mous is so overpriced for what it is. I got mine and returned it the next day. The Sheath just hits the sweet spot on so many things.

Is anyone else’s Sheath volume down button noticeably smaller/shorter than the volume up button?

Never had a Sheath before but mine arrive today and the volume down button seems like it’s been shaved off or something. It’s almost flush with the case.

Got one for a mini and do not see any difference.

My volume up/down buttons are identical. Same size, same protrusion from the side of the case.

How’s the magnet strength on the sheath? Have the 12 pro version and it’s noticeably less then my apple leather case.

The Sheath works well with my MagSafe chargers, and stays put on a MagSafe car holder in my pickup truck even on rough, bumpy roads. A couple weeks ago I drove over a railroad crossing at 40 mph and the bumps were so hard that my head almost bounced off the roof of my truck, but the phone stayed in place on the MagSafe holder.

Looks similar to apples silicone cases, is it similar as far as the slim fitting factor?
Super slim. I actually prefer it way more than my apple silicone and I also feel like its more protective and slides in/out of the pocket nicely. I had a Apple silicone for my 12PM and one drop on the corner and it started ripping. Also, with the silicone case you see the edges of the iPhone but with the sheath it has somewhat of a lip that covers that which to me is more appealing to the eye. Also the new MagSafe sheath has a very strong magnet connection and makes a nice snap when attaching.

Is this one of the slimmest, decent protection ones out there currently? I got a cheap Trianium clear case for the time being and it’s actually amazing for the price but it’s just a tad thicker than what I’m used too. I’m looking for something as slim as possible, but not so thin that it’s just a flimsy shell case with zero protection. That one definitely caught my eye.

Does it have a slight grip to it? I don’t like when they are super slippery.

Apologize for the blue, taken with an XR.

This is what my volume buttons look like on my regular iPhone 13 Sheath. It’s a minor thing but the buttons feel different because of the height difference and they feel different to push as well. Volume down barely takes any pressure at all.

Is this something that warrants an exchange or is this just whining? Never exchanged a case before.

does this company have issues with quality control
I see a lot of posts about cases coming with issues

Not in my experience. They had some initial issues last year with the first 12 Pro Max Sheath I had and it randomly showing the frame around the front, but one email to support and they sent out a replacement. Their support is really good.

For reference, I've had their cases for every iPhone I've owned, and that above mentioned issue is the first and only time I've experienced a problem.

The volume button issue above should be easily rectified by contacting support and showing them the pictures. That's the first and only issue I've seen with their cases this time around.

No issues with my sheath. Also the MagSafe on the Sheath has a very nice firm hold with the apple wallet.

So my grey sheath for the blue pro max has arrived. I’m just not keen on it. Thinking of selling as I cba to return it to the US from the uk.
