Surely a case is to prevent damage to the phone? If the case costs 5x the cost of the phone it's not really fit for purpose.

Still, it is kinda cool....

I wonder what goes through the minds of these makers when they decide to go outside the box in design and pricing? I mean only Sultans and Kings would probably drop that kind of cash on something like that. Not to mention the dial on the side can get caught on something so easily, popping off the first time and there goes your $6000. The design is absolutely beautiful though.

You would be surprised by who the buyers of something like this.

It’s all value proposition. I know middle income people who have gun collections that should belong to millionaires!

I think the case is intriguing. Enough for me to drop 6K - uhhh....I don’t know. It’s a bit much.
Then again - I bought a $200+ Elemental Katana bamboo case - so I shouldn’t say anything more.

How to show that you have no clue about watches. Grand Complications? Lol. Is there even one complication???

I think this is the most ridiculous product I’ve ever seen. Thanks to concentration of wealth, I think we’ll only see more and more of these kinds of ridiculous displays of extreme wealth and excess in future.

A modern Fabergé egg? Made in Russia too.

It's not a case.

In the traditional form - no...it is not a traditional case that offer protection as its primary purpose. But make no mistake - the word "skeleton" is indeed a case. Just not one that seeks to imbue any protective properties. But a case none the less.

Here's the thing. I want one. But I think I would get tired of it after a few days. So I'll pass.

Oh and also $1,500 is the maximum I would ever spend on a phone. Apple might be able to convince me to spend $1,600 next year, but that's it for real.
$6000+ for a phone case that will last 2 years at most?!
