change shipping address???

I realize this now after placing the order on apple.

So i hope it let you change it now..
 
Well I seriously hope I'll be able to change the address tomorrow. If not, mine will be going to an address inside of a gated community that I do not have access to, and where the homeowners will be out of the country until the Monday after delivery! I do not want to have to wait until Monday!

It seems as though once the order is processed, we will be able to change the shipping address. If you click on your order number in your confirmation email, your order comes up. Then on the left hand side, it's readily apparent that changing the shipping address is do-able... it simply issues you a caveat saying "Your order is still processing.. once processed you can make changes", or something similar.
 
At the order status page: When it says "processing items" you can click over on the left where it says view/edit order details and then change the ships to. But I don't know how long it will take until it says processing items. But once it's done processing you can't change it.

How long did it took for you to change to processing after you place the order?
 
I honestly have no idea how long. I got order confirmation right at 12:00AM.

On the update email it says "Your shipping address was updated to.....
..on 00:56. "

So about after an hour, the order status changed. The new update email now has the correct shipping address, which was sent about 3 minutes after I changed it.

So you got your initial confirmation email at 12AM. How long until your order changed from received to processing?

Order through Apple or AT&T?
 
Login into your carrier website and change the address where you have your bill shipped temporarily.
 
I only got one email at 3:08 am est which say we have revived your order and no other email yet.
It still say same thing on order status page.

I hope it doesn't create any issue.
 
after the order has been dispatched, you can't change of address.
if not dispatch, you can contact their customer sevice to change.

How long of a window do you think we have before it's too late to change? I don't want to stay up all night, but I also don't want to sleep then miss the window tomorrow.
 
I pre-ordered an AT&T iPhone on Apple.com the past three years and everything went well. This time I pre-ordered one on Verizon and it insisted on changing my shipping address to something that made no sense and left out some of the numbers. It said the incorrect address was "optimized for Verizon wireless to conform with US Postal Service guidelines" and didn't give me an option to leave it as-is. So I went ahead and ordered it anyway. It won't let me change the address on apple.com right now since the order is being processed. It just says "Please try again shortly."

I would think that you have up until the order is in "preparing for shipping" status to do that. That shouldn't happen before Sunday. I think you'll be just fine if you get it straightened out by Saturday.
 
Order status is changed now and I was able to change shipping address without any problem.

Now waiting for second order to change status so I can Change address for that too

It took almost 2 hrs for order status to change

What time did you get your confirmation email?
 
I was getting mad about this too. First I wanted to order 3 phones and had to do 3 different orders, okay fine now all 3 are being sent to my new york add and 1 phone is supposed to go to my sisters school in pa, 1 is supposed to go to my moms job in manhattan and mine is supposed to come to Cincinnati OH, hopefully i can change them in morning otherwise I gotta figure some crap out. Annoying if you ask me
