Poor Jon Cryer.
And poor Conchata Ferrell. She never fails to steal a scene as Berta. It's hard enough for BBW actresses to get a gig on TV these days (with the notable exception of Mike & Molly), and now this happens.
They show will be on as long as the ratings are up. Maybe Sheen gets killed off when he crashes his car next season and then their long lost brother enters.As it is looking, looks like the show might be done period. Which just sucks. One of my favorite shows too!

Dude that's hilarious. Here's the difference between Mel Gibson and Charlie Sheen. When Mel Gibson has a meltdown, he turns into a racist ******. When Charlie Sheen has a meltdown, he sounds like he just high.
Now that I think about it, there's only one way this might work: if the producers can get Emilio Estevez.
It sure would be a shame if the show didn't come back, it was (is) so hysterical!! It does seem like he is serious about staying sober though.
This man is crazy. There's more going on here than just addiction. This is serious delusional mental illness on top of substance abuse. He's going to end up killing someone if he doesn't kill himself first.

I disagree. He's seriously ill. Just look at the guy. He's one year older than I am and he looks ten years older.
I'm not saying that I don't think he's abusing some serious drugs, but I think he has more control over what he's doing/saying than we think.
Very doubtful. He sounds like my ex boyfriend who would call me at 4:30 in the morning to tell me that we need to get back together because he's out of rehab now, all while slurring his speech. He's got more wrong with him than substance abuse.
Oh yeah. And if he thinks he's going to get $3 million an episode, I've got some nice property in Florida real cheap. He's on the fast track to the gutter.

I wouldn't be so sure of that. The show generates over $100 million a year for CBS.
