Seriously tho ANY product that I had to get 19 replacements for I would think was a POS product and I wouldn't ever buy one again. The fact that you keep going back and getting replacements tells me that you know they aren't POS's.

So you are either lying or you go over your phone with a magnifying glass whenever it starts to look a little worn so you can go and get a new one.

Neither, actually.

When the device works, it's fantastic. And the fact is it's the only smart phone that can suit my needs. So, I keep trying. One day, if it keeps getting worse I will give up. But for now, I'll keep trying.
