So based on the email confirmation from AT&T they are not guaranteeing delivery on 6/24? At least with Apple YOU WILL get it on 6/24.

:eek: Why didn't I use my AMEX?!?!? They woulda added the extra year warranty noooooooooo!!!

Most credit cards have this. My Visa and Mastercard both extend the warranty an additional year and cover you for 90 days after purchase from theft and accidental damage.
 
I had no issues sending it to a completely different address than my account billing address, both of which are different than my card billing address. Are other people having problems with that?
 
placed order through att premier at 1am pacific when the preorders started and received confirmation email/order status #... status# works when entered into the check and do not see backordered here...

i don't see a charge on my amex yet, though. guess i'll wait and see what happens when everything calms down tonight/tomorrow...


edit-- damn, it shows it as 'processing' and nothing else actually. hopefully everything will pull through okay... ergh.
 
Oh and By the way my order status still says 'received' not processed on the att premiere order status site. Mine still does not show up on the regular att order status site even when searching with phone number. I ordered a little less than an hour ago.
 
Does anyone else see the word ATTENTION! when they check their status. Mine says that the order was received, but then says Attention. No details or anything.
 
i ordered two iphones right at 1AM PDT, i recieved my email confirming my email, but when i enter my order number/phone number it doesnt show any status, and just an error.
 
My credit card was charged immediately after preordering through AT&T. I'm not sure if they were just putting a hold on the funds or what. Either way it doesn't matter to me. If you don't have the money now then you most likely won't have the money in a week from now anyways.

How do you know what somebody will have a week from now? I tell you about some of these people on this board LOL. Anyway, they only deducted $1 from my account. If you were charged expect to see that money back in your account in a few days and you will be charged once it actually ships.

I had no problem checking order status and I'm premier. Ordered 8:05AM EDT got email 5 minutes later...

I got a confirmation email after ordering from premier and I can check my order status here:

but not at the regular att order status site. Mine still says 'Received" and I orderd about and hour and a half ago.

Yes.. ordered at ~7am PST on Premier.. and is in state PROCESSING
 
Can any NON PREMIER folks get a order status?

My FAN did not have the iphone listed, so I went back as a regular joe and ordered (I'll apply FAN to my number after I'm lit up).

I have a email, I have a number, but I have NO order status. Going on 4 hours now.

I just placed an order for my mom a little while ago to upgrade her line. After multiple attempts of erroring out right after clicking the "Place this order" button...it FINALLY went through. I received a confirmation page, but checked her email and there is no confirmation email...but there WAS an email cancelling an order that had been submitted previously (maybe one of the previous ones that errored out really did go through)? They were different order numbers from the one I received a completed confirmation page on and the cancelled status email, so I'm hoping the second one went through.

I went to the order status page to confirm her order went through...and I'm getting the same error as you are reporting here.

I tried searching via wireless number and the only order it is showing was a Nokia phone order from back in 2008.

I'm hoping hers did go through and there is just a delay in issuing emails and updating the order status page!
 
Placed a order about 2 am AZ time. Checked status this morning and I get in progress on sim card, Phone and freight. Normal At&T family account not premier. I also have one on reservation for pick from Apple at 599 since the servers would not read my At&T account. What a mess these folks have on there hands. I will hold the reservation until I see shipped from AT&T and i have not received a e-mail confirm yet either for my order. Mildly nervous about that
