funny it says it will show orders from the last 60 days, but for me all it shows is

I have one question for all the FAN customers who have unlimited data plan: Did the discount apply to the $30 ? I have both confirmation emails from this years and last years (3GS), it is listing the discount for last year but not this year.
Please let me me know

My discont applied and it even shows it on the email confirmation from ATT. my order went through a little before 8am CST.
 
mine showed the discount during the checkout process but does not show it on the email I got with the activation instructions in it
 
I would not worry. As long as you see your order I bet your fine. Both Apple and AT&T were totally unprepared for the pr-release launch... But what's new.

I am worrying. No order shows for me but I received a confirmation screen once. I received one cancellation email. No confirmation email.
 
Ordered mine from ATT at around 5:30am after many failed attempts with apple at 4:30am EST.

Never received a confirmation email probably due to all the server traffic at the time of my order going through. order shows up though.

My visa card has a temporary authorization listing for the items shown as "in progress" on att. So my card has not been fully charged yet just checked to see if funds were available with a temp auth.

I hope we get them on the 24th or 25th max. I changed my att billing address and my credit card billing address yesterday just so I could have it shipped to work with no issues with the billing and shipping being different. If I had it shipped to my house no one would be there to pick it up and I'd have to wait and pick it up at the fedex facility somewhere...no thanks.

Really wished I could have gotten white, but its not really a big deal. Most of us will have some sort of protective case on our new iPhones fairly soon. Just wondering if we can get away with just the bumper silicone ring instead of covering up the pretty glass on the back. Most accidental drops hit on the edges then lay flat on one side. The bumper case should provide a large enough lip on front and back so the glass never touches a surface if layed down flat.

Hopefully Apple's reports of improved scratch resistance are true. If it is indeed using crystal sapphire glass this go around it will be a lot more scratch resistant than before.

I got no confirmation email so i tried to reorder and got a cancellation email as well from att and then i tried to preorder with apple and it said I wasn't eligible. I knew then my first att order did go through..jut never got the email. Later I check my order status using my phone number and shipping zip code and my order showed up.

Hang in there.
 
I thought my order failed on the final screen on the AT&T site (after you accept the terms etc) but now it seems it didnt. The charge just hit my bank, go figure!!
 
no email and they can't recognize my order #.... all i got is a printed receipt from att when i first finalized my pre-order =( hope they got it >,>

This happened a lot last year, what I advise you to do is to look up you order using your phone number instead of the order number.
 
Was able to order 2 32GB phones this morning after about an hour of messing around via AT&T. Confirmation email @ 7:16AM EST, order status says in progress and everything is backordered. I am a premier customer as well. Here's hoping I have it on the 24th or 25th!
 
After spending a lot of time on Apple's site fighting error after error, I logged over to At&t and purchased it in 1 try. However, on the last confirmation screen it errored and I got a 'Gateway Timeout' error.

I went to check my mail to see if it went through, and sure enough I have a confirmation email with an order number, although I never saw the payment confirmation screen. I show nothing on my credit card, and when I track on At&t site it doesn't find it by any of the search options.

I tried calling At&t but they are not taking phone calls at this moment for the online sales department due to large call volume (as said by the recording).

Not really sure what to do at this point.
 
My order shows as processing on the att premier order status page but still doesnt show on the regular att order status site (neither order number nor phone number work)

I'm thankful that I at least have a confirmation email and something that tells me that it is 'processing':cool:
 
Yes.. ordered at ~7am PST on Premier.. and is in state PROCESSING

I ordered through my Premier account and my email said this "Pre-orders will be fulfilled beginning June 24, 2010. Orders will ship on a first-come, first-served basis. We will notify you by email when your order ships." I better get it on June 24.
 
My order status window still shows my iphone 3gs from last year....

I used my home phone # and zip for that to come up
 
It seems to me that premeir orders are showing status faster than regular orders. I'm still in status limbo.
 
Broke down and ordered a second phone for my wife. Can't seem to get her info to come up in the tracking at although. Strange.

I ordered an iPhone 4 at the AT&T store this morning at 9:30. They were having problems and manually wrote everything out, which was apparently common. However, the AT&T guy sent me a text message at 2:30 asking for my security code from my card because he forgot to get it...does this mean he was just now ordering it then?

I have not gotten an email nor can I view it on the link posted in this thread.

So I called my AT&T store and had the call transferred to "an existing customer needing technical support at a Customer Support Call Rep," and then I went to wireless, then I went to customer service. It asked for my wireless number and it said "you recently upgraded your phone and needs to be activated, to activate your phone..."

Has(or can) anyone else that HAS received confirmation of ordering the phone called AT&T and got the same message? If not...is it for a past phone?

Kind of in the same situation with my wife's order. Should have done it at the same time I did mine. I got an order number but card was not charged like mine and AT&T can't seem to locate the order as being processed. Now on hold forever to speak to the online department. Went ahead and ordered through Apple again as I am only in the continental u.s. for a few days and don't have much of a window for it to arrive. What a mess....
 
Well I just checked this link again this morning and am finally getting the phone listed with "In Progress." That's exciting!

@lavrishevo I recommend you check again as well.
 
I canceled my AT&T order and kept the apple. Had duplicates on my wife's order as per server craziness. Funny, I have my order from AT&T (due to apple system fail) which was accepted into the system at about 5am on the 15th and my wife's order coming from apple, in the system about 4pm on the 15th, (due to AT&T system fail) coming on the same day. Wonder which will be delivered first... :D Hopefully on the same truck.

Premier orders are different to the other regular AT&T orders, you wont be able to track your premier order on AT&T's regular site you can only use this Premier Store link:
