I have one question for all the FAN customers who have unlimited data plan: Did the discount apply to the $30 ? I have both confirmation emails from this years and last years (3GS), it is listing the discount for last year but not this year.

mine showed the discount during the checkout process but does not show it on the email I got with the activation instructions in it
I would not worry. As long as you see your order I bet your fine. Both Apple and AT&T were totally unprepared for the pr-release launch... But what's new.
I am worrying. No order shows for me but I received a confirmation screen once. I received one cancellation email. No confirmation email.

This happened a lot last year, what I advise you to do is to look up you order using your phone number instead of the order number.I got no confirmation email so i tried to reorder and got a cancellation email as well from att and then i tried to preorder with apple and it said I wasn't eligible. I knew then my first att order did go through..jut never got the email. Later I check my order status using my phone number and shipping zip code and my order showed up.

I ordered an iPhone 4 at the AT&T store this morning at 9:30. They were having problems and manually wrote everything out, which was apparently common. However, the AT&T guy sent me a text message at 2:30 asking for my security code from my card because he forgot to get it...does this mean he was just now ordering it then?
I have not gotten an email nor can I view it on the link posted in this thread.
So I called my AT&T store and had the call transferred to "an existing customer needing technical support at a Customer Support Call Rep," and then I went to wireless, then I went to customer service. It asked for my wireless number and it said "you recently upgraded your phone and needs to be activated, to activate your phone..."
Has(or can) anyone else that HAS received confirmation of ordering the phone called AT&T and got the same message? If not...is it for a past phone?
My order shows as processing on the att premier order status page but still doesnt show on the regular att order status site (neither order number nor phone number work)
I'm thankful that I at least have a confirmation email and something that tells me that it is 'processing'![]()
