So what are you want to express ? Everyone made mistakes in their green days ? Well you can say that to ISIS.

It is young doesn't mean it is not a joke right now. And it doesn't mean the rest of world should unsee this. Patent law affects not only their citizen but anyone who makes business with China. China is no longer closed market and everyone needs to compete with each other, and the least thing people wanted is unfair competition rules and half-baked economic system.

Hey don't get me wrong, I'm ethnic Chinese too and I'm not U.S. citizen. And I said it was a joke not because I'm a liberal or conservative, but I'm an engineer and I invents things.

I'm trying to express that legal frameworks and regulations are not going to be complete on day one. It's an evoving process. Just like weapons in video games. First, you need to solve the problem of going from 0 to 1, or having something to use, then you gradually upgrade them. Kinda like SimCity, you don't go from slump to renewable energy, you start with dirty coal plants, then you upgrade to efficient supercritical coal plants, then nuclear, etc.

I'm an Electrical Engineer. I would recommend that you hire a good legal firm that practices patent law to help with your case. Even if China's patent law is like the jungle, you can still win by playing the jungle game. Localization is the key. Don't try to think like an American while operating in China. It simply wouldn't work, and the reverse is true also. Apple is a great example of this, and Google is a counterexample.

The term "Localization" here is a tactfully representation of "Censorship". Don't make me start accusing what PRC government and CCP had ever done to art, academic, leisure and our ethnic's own traditional culture. And less than 48 hours ago they've just made themselves the greatest laughing stock in gaming industrial. Google "FGO China" to see what happened. Oh sorry, my bad, you can't Google in China.
