And by the way, I find all this very funny. Last year it was the same story. At one point it was clear that the next iPhone would have been the 4s, and yet people here on macrumors were still talking nonsense like: "Apple is spreading false controlled leaks, then at the keynote they'll give us a bigger iPhone with tapered design." Yeah...now it's the same thing. Again.
The new iPhone design is simply brilliant. Of course, after a shallow look it seems to be similar to the 4, but it's actually quite different, the back is metal, so it's going to be more resistant, the screen is bigger, it's thinner. It's unibody so it will probably be strong enough to be aluminum made, instead of steel made, like the 4 and 4s. This will make it lighter, but equally resistant. Headphone jack is on the bottom, so when you are talking with your phone and it starts raining, water won't enter from there. The speaker is improved so we can expect better audio quality. We have a new smaller connector. Compared to the 4, the white iPhone 5 is more estetically balanced ( the bezel is smaller, the lateral band has a lighter colour and the stripes on it are white).
Then we can possibly expect:
Better screen with deeper blacks (look at the photos)
Better touch response (thanks to the in-cell touch panel)
Lte
Longer battery life,
Facetime HD camera,
More ram,
maybe a better processor (not so sure)
And we still haven't hear the keynote.
Compare it to the past (steve was here back then):
2007: iPhone
2008: iPhone 3g, same design of the original iPhone, but plastic made and THICKER! Nothing new except the 3g module
2009: iPhone 3gs, Lot of new things, but same same design
And you guys are complaining?
