Combination PS4 and XDR display

If I have the older version 27MD5KA, all I need is an HDMI to displayport adapter to work on my PS5?

I said 27MD5KA only supports Thunderbolt which means you also need a Thunderbolt 3 add-in card like the GC-TITAN RIDGE or GC-ALPINE RIDGE to convert DisplayPort to Thunderbolt.
