I'm running in Verizon iPhone 5. And I've gotten all my calls and texts.

It doesn't necessarily seem to affect everyone, but there are enough people who have been affected and only since beta 3 (based on a number of threads across a number of different Apple forums) to signify that it is some sort of an issue that is present in beta 3.

Will I be able to upgrade directly from Beta 3 to Beta 4 or will I need to downgrade to 6.1.4? I came straight from 6.1.4 to Beta 3, wonder if that is helping any problems?

Hoping they speed up the animations and fix the battery life but both will remain the same till the later betas no doubt.

Nope you can upgrade to Beta 4 from Beta 3. Just go to Setting -> General -> Software Update and then it should be there.

Since beta 3, my phone no longer receives calls, gets very laggy every few hours, has wallpaper glitches, and has shut itself down several times.

Very anxious for beta 4.

Yes, but next Monday is a possibility as well because each beta has come out exactly a month prior to the past betas expiration. Beta 3 expires on August 29th and a month before that is July 29th which is next Monday. Then again, Apple has been on a two week release cycle for both Mavericks and iOS 7 since they were released.

Hopefully Monday. Could break from that trend however and come out Friday a week from today, or next Monday a week from this coming Monday.

yes, i'm a 4s user from china, and the carrier is China Telcom, since i upgraded to beta 3, i had often missed incoming calls, i was unable to endure such a bug, so i downgraded to IOS 7 beta 2 which could not lose any incoming call.

I often too have noticed the missed calls... Other than that like it..can't wait for beta 4! I am just gonna stick it out

I get constant crashed when i try to send a photo in messages. After picking the photo to send, when the photo is displayed in the textfield it just crashes. Anyone else have this issue?

I highly expect it Monday. Not receiving calls is a severe bug and I'm sure they want to get it patched as soon as possible.
