Where does that company sell ones for APP? I see some pairs for other headphones, but not Apple
Can you share link to 'cheap amazon' tips?I bought the original set after the standard silicone versions just wouldn’t stay in my ears. After spending $30 and taking three plus weeks to get to me, I was excited to test them out. A month later I had to purchase a cheap $10 set off Amazon since all three sizes of the Comply version broke. They simply will NOT snap on to the AirPod Pros. Cheap Amazon version though? Still going strong with no issues.
Would be curious to see if these are any better but my first experience definitely left a sour taste in my mouth for the brand.
Its some BS for all of us who spent a whopping $30 on the first gen ear tips and now they expect us to spend that again when they finally release a product that (supposidly) works. Everyone who bought the first gen tips should get the non defective ones as an automatic replacement from the company.
$9.99. They have a silicone outer shell and memory foam interior. They also fit better in the case versus the Comply version. Can you share link to 'cheap amazon' tips?
I like “Comply“ they make quality products at a reasonable price point. These should make a good addition for those who use wireless headphones...
However, I won’t take the plunge, because the audio quality being transmitted to the device is maxed out at 255kbps. There has been zero improvement in actual “bitrate“ since the original AirPods debuted. You can’t even listen to max quality 320 kbps on Pandora or Spotify...it is limited at 255kbps.
“Theyayarealivin“ wants to talk about lawsuits...well here is a lawsuit for you...
Tidal supposedly offers lossless audio for a premium price...however it is impossible to transmit anything above 255kbps to your ears when Tidal says it pushes up to 999kbps. They are committing fraud on the App Store with those practices and any other streaming app that forces the user to pay a subscription premium to unlock HQ lossless audio should be held to account as well... because it is a lieLook for Apple to “gloss” over this tiny little fact when they introduce their over-ear headphones this fall. The gullible masses will actually believe they are buying a superior product, when in fact it faces the same 255kbps bottleneck that every Bluetooth capable Apple device has put in place.
Android has some devices with a superior codec that can transmit above 255kbps, but Apple wants to become a 2 trillion dollar company, and giving their customers the best audio experience in 2021 would inhibit that goal.🤠
Listening to 255kbps audio is no way to go through life, live each day like it’s your last and have no regrets. Pushing 999kbps on (2016) iPhone SE🕺
Can I ask which ones you got? I was about to purchase these, but decided to read the comments first. Kind of glad I didn't...I'm done with this company after their airpods pro v1.. I bought sone cheap tips on amazon that were much better. I was a loyal comply customer
$25 for two little bits of foam. Sorry, but just a hard "no."
I contacted them when I had trouble with them popping off. They sent me a credit to order these new ones right away. It was super easy, barely an inconvenience. They actually sent the new generation out to customers who were having trouble ahead of them actually selling them to new customers, so I feel like they did the right thing and if these new ones hold up (seem fine so far) then I’ll continue to buy their products. Sometimes things go wrong. This is a first generation product for a first generation device. Early adopters need to get with the program and understand that the bleeding edge can be painful. It’s really NBD. These are way better than the ones Apple ships as far as comfort goes. Its some BS for all of us who spent a whopping $30 on the first gen ear tips and now they expect us to spend that again when they finally release a product that (supposidly) works. Totally agree with you. I purchased two packs of the originals back in late July as part of a BOGOF sale Comply was running, so I am currently stuck with a pack a half of the older model. I contacted Comply when they sent me an email advertising the new 2.0 version, and they sent me a coupon code for 20 percent off a new pack of the 2.0 version ear tip. Better than nothing I suppose, but it would've been nice if they came through and would have just let me exchange my unopened pack for the 2.0 version. Its some BS for all of us who spent a whopping $30 on the first gen ear tips and now they expect us to spend that again when they finally release a product that (supposidly) works. My guess is that white form simply doesn't stay white very long and that Apple wouldn't want to release Airpods with a grey foam. That could easily save this product from direct competition from Apple. Which doesn't mean that Apple might not find a solution that is better. To some degree the Airpods Pro are a competition to those that sold sealing attachments to the original Airpods.I got these for my AirPod Pros, and it completely solved my falling-out-of-the-ear problem.
Guess that means Apple will start making their own tips like this, and take away the business of the little company that solved the problem.
The company is also reading the Comments at its website as well as getting feedback comments from people.Quite a bit of negative feedback from this company regarding the first GEN product. Hopefully they’re (Comply) is reading through this thread, to understand where others were struggling and what needed to be rectified hopefully with version two.
