Yeah, we see that from your post.

This is definitely the beginning of the end of the printed photos.
for what exactly do we need an USB port? And let it have bigger storage.
64 Gb for the entry level, and at least 128 Gb for those who want to step up.
Not to forget an USB port. But we may see this only on iPad4. The iPad3 has, with its new display, enough upgrade juice.
Thinking of it - we DO need that USB port. Let's have it in the iPad3 already.
I don't get why it's confirmed; you bought a high resolution screen from someone in china the same size, but it doesn't confirm is gonna be used for the iPad 3. With many new tablets coming out this might not be apples'... Maybe
No, it means that ALL displays will look like a POS after you use the retina display iPad 3![]()
i'm getting a second job next week so i can buy this thing!![]()
Apple is not calling it "Retina Display" because it is under 300 pixels per inch.
Well, unless they changed the definition of "Retina Display" just like the wireless industry calling something faster than 3G as 4G.
"Retina Display" is a marketing term but it has a definition.
At 264 pixels per inch, please stop calling it "Retina Display".
Now we just need a retina display 27" iMac.
And why are people getting 2 iPads? What's the point of that?
You're saying HDMI output, a feature I bet hardly anyone would ever use in practice (Airplay mirroring/wireless screen scaring is a hell of a lot more viable on a tablet, which is obviously handheld and not supposed to have trailing cables) is more important than 4x the pixels on screen, potentially impacting almost everything running on the system? .. Ummmm.
Who cares what it's called, nobody's making a fuss about the name!
I've been sitting on a $140 rebate visa card I got when I purchased new tires last month and it looks like it will be going towards one of these.![]()
No, I'd be zooming in on the photograph for accuracy (sharpness, focus, etc). I say that as a photographer. Higher res doesnt mean my screen is magically going to show me what i need to see.

Just on pixel density alone, I'm getting it.
Yeah, i skipped the iPad 2 now the iPad3 is looking to be worth the wait. I hope the base line ipad3 has 32gb storage.
