oh hey, real hard evidence, AWESOME! Kudos macrumors, you've done a great job on this one! Looking forward to that crisp "retina" display...
All the people saying "take my money" and "I'm going to buy two" should think of all the starving, dying people in the world and try to do something to help them.
The iPad is NOT going to get an HDMI port no matter how much you may want it to. You can either use the solutions available (airplay, A/V out) or none at all...To expensive, and i dont live in the US so this costs 3 times much for me.
I agree my Cowon iAudio 10 does sound significantly better than my iPod classic, but the software on my Cowon is ... lacking.

USB charging! Although at least Apple has USB on one end of it's cables. Also with USB you can attach keyboards, mice, adapters to read USB sticks, memory cards.
The iPad is popular among photographers as a digital portfolio.
From what I heard the transfer of new images to the iPad is difficult because of the lack of an USB port.
Of course, all your other points add to the equation.
But it does have USB via the camera kit. I hardly see how that makes it more "difficult" (but it does add $20-30 to the price of being a photographer![]()
People like you ruin it for others who just want to get one for themselves.
i'm getting a second job next week so i can buy this thing!![]()
Hey, if people are stupid enough to pay a HUGE markup on the device, instread of waiting, it's there own fault. And besides, he's not selling to the guy next door to him, most of the time it's someone across the country, so don't act like someone is snagging them out of there neighbors hands to sell on ebay. Very simple, people don't like this sort of thing, STOP SPENDING OVER STICKER PRICE ON EBAY! Then it will stop happening.
Stores limit max # items per customer all the time.So what your saying is, someone is not allowed to go into a store and buy whatever, and how many of whatever they want?
