I choose not to have Control Center enabled on the lockscreen.

I'm completely spoiled with the Control Center on the lockscreen. Instant access to Flashlight, Calculator and Clock.. Awesome.. This reason alone is enough to keep me on iOS 7.
 
Not a flaw, but a potential (new) concern for some.

I'm not sure how. A theif has always had access to turn the device off. Activating airplane mode would be no worse than a powered off device. (in some ways it may be better; as they may be tempted to turn wifi back on or something stupid).

I think the bigger security risk we will see with Control Center is the access to alarms. I love Control Center, but I will turn it off on nights where my drunken friends might decide to set me a few 4am alarm clocks.

Right, I meant it more in the general sense of everything that control center provides/represents, not just airplane mode specifically.
