Folders are nice. However, with a JB phone, I've installed infiniboard where you can place as many apps as you want on one page and can scroll vertically. So each page is kind of like a folder. And someone mentioning password protecting folders which would be awesome. Closest thing I have to that right now if 'iprotect' which password protects individual apps. Works great.
