Mine was seamless. Phone was paid to 330% and Apple reminded me that I had to trade in my phone.Hey, are you on AT&T Next upgrade plan will you pay 33% of the phone off and can upgrade and get the latest and greatest offer? My question is how did it go for you? What was your reasoning behind going to Apple instead of AT&T?
I did the same thing. I guess it is in store for me too.I literally did store pick up because it showed 9/25 for shipping smh....now everyone is saying its just an error.

I go thru apple every year vs AT&T because of the ease of ordering and the option to pick up in store if I need. I have like 6 stores close by so never a shortage for any size or color. I walk in, they hand me my phone and I walk out. No upsell no nothing. I have also been w AT&T and upgrading yearly since the 3GS and their site (AT&T) used to be a ******** back then.
Nope. And like that we are not tethered to order from AT&T. I used to do shipping from Apple and enjoyed tracking until delivery until my phone went missing from the hub 2 years ago. Then next month UPS tried to deliver an empty box for an iPhone I ordered for my son. I was done after that so now I do pickup and it’s never a hassle.Ok cool, I have to try that next year. I was in the IPhone Upgrade Program for years and liked doing in-store pickup for ease and really who wants to be worried about a package getting lost or stolen in transit or waiting around your house all day. Last year I switched over to Att Next Up because it’s honestly the better value if you upgrade yearly, $849 VS $285 is a no brainer. I just thought I have to order directly from AT&T.
