I bought a Blackberry q10 but am concerned whether or not A) people still have text messaging plans now that iMessage is so popular and B) if they would stop texting me if I am no longer able to use iMessage after making the switch
It's always been a dream of mine to have a BB since I was young so I finally bought one today (q10). I really like it. But I'm concerned how not having iMessage might affect my social life.
You did read here may be an iMessage portal in the works for Android, didn't you? If not, there is a rumored app being worked on.
Well, speaking personally, I tend to avoid the green-bubble grubs. And if one of my friends got a BlackBerry, I'd probably hose them down before I let them in the house. I'm only partly joking...
I have a Passport. It has BBM, so I did not even bother to check the rest. It can be a conversation topic.
Is there some reason that you're celebrating April Fool's on October 25th?? Make sure you rock a holster. Holsters are the epitome of cool!
BBM is avaliable for: - BlackBerry - Android - iOS - Windows Phone - And it might work on other Android forks or runtimes because it is available on the Amazon Appstore too.
So y'all think not having iMessage might be an impediment? Someone might say "I don't want to pay per text message so I think I'll avoid texting them..."
HEY! I have one of those, still works too. One hell of a paper weight/door stop. Sort of like an android, even has a stylus.
