I'm not buying it unless it's a MacBook Pro Plus Premium Max Product(Red)

That's the model for REAL* professionals..
True "pro" work can only happen on the Pro Plus Premium Max models..

Everyone else is a soccer mom on facebook

Again, I can get a faster UHS reader with USB 3.0 or USB-C at B&H for a nominal cost or XQD or CFast instead if I don't need SD, SDXC, et al. Two of my cameras use Wi-Fi or can operate tethered. An external Atomos is of far better use for me while SD Card slots sit unused. An iMac or a Mac mini makes sense in that it might be an ingest station. SD Cards aren't hard drives, but I hear an awful lot of people treating them that way, which is a recipe for heart ache.

I just went through the various 15" configuration options and it appears that ONLY the 4TB model has a 3-4 week delay. Not sure what that tells us. My most optimistic scenario is that Apple is dropping the 4TB option on the 15" and offering it on the 16" instead.
 
It is also possible the press briefing is today, and we may not hear anything for a bit.

Or, it’s just not close to ready. I feel like I am playing roulette and pushing it all on black 23.
 
Apple has until next week to release it.... I can’t hold off my purchase any longer!

Or I’m going to be stuck with buying a 2019 15

I have an Apple TV 4K and have never seen any need for an update to it. The only thing I can think of them doing is a processor bump to support more intense Arcade games and run smoother. Other than that... it’s not like we need 5K, it already has Dolby Atmos, the remote is great, size of the box itself isn’t an issue, etc. I would think the only reason for the update would be to help promote “Free Apple TV+ with any hardware purchase”

God I hate that thing..

Wish they'd make a "Pro remote" with some more usability/ergonomics/arrow buttons/mute button, etc

WELL, they just lowered the prices on the existing 2019 Macbook Pro 15 today.
 
Pretty sure this isn't happening today. I just think we'd be hearing more from more people if that were the case.

My money's on the Mac Pro starts shipping today.

There are literally no 15" MBP in the UK refurbished store as of now...
Last week there were at least a dozen configurations.

I used to really look forward to Apple keynotes, but as of late they are somewhat difficult to watch as the Keynotes are so heavily undertoned with diversity and social justice warrior. I want focused product details from one focused person (Steve Jobs was a master at this). I'm all for diversity, and I'm all for social justice movements, but to give an analogy, if I wan't preaching about religion, I'll go to church, and the church does not have a heavy undertone of Apple products. Apple, please stay focused.
