ok, seriously, how long is .mac supposed to be down? if it's going to be down up to and for the whole address that's a little ridiculous. i pay a lot of money for this email and the webmail is just horrible and seems to be down when i need it.
does anyone know when it might be back up?

The web interface will be on/off till after the keynote however you still have access to .Mac mail through your regular email software like Mail.

Prob within an hour or two. Dude if you need 100% uptime you shouldn't be using .Mac. .Mac is a consumer product.

Well, not long to go now. I'd just like to say I hope the Mac Mini gets upgraded to a Media-Centre device and/or transition to Intel, and I'm pretty certain iLife '06 will make an appearance. As for the other stuff, lets hope Apple maintain their position as the Top Innovators and that we see some really cool stuff coming from them.

If I was all caught up on bills and in a better position, I'd be willing to spend a few grand on a nice media center thing-a-majig. Even more if they do release the big screen with the mac built in.

I'd be willing to spend up to $1,000 on an Intel laptop

Couldn't afford the plasma screens if they do come out but I will get one before the year's end.

I doubt any new iPods other than shuffles but since I skipped buying the latest iPod I could afford to get a new iPod if one comes out.
