I went to the Apple Store to get my phone replaced. The replacement ALSO had the same issue. Either I have extremely bad luck, or Apple is putting out a bunch of phones with slanted printing.

In the end, I kept my phone.

Mine has it too. Seems like the majority of this thread has it. Must be most of them.

Shame on the QA department.

Now that I look really closely at mine I can see the text below 'iPhone' is slightly slanted. Although to be honest it's such a slight thing that I really don't care, and I'm not normally a guy to tolerate imperfections.

In this case however it isn't noticeable unless you study it closely and it doesn't have any functional implication.

thas one of a kind, keep it, its just like a hundred dollar bill, misprinted lol.

Keeping mine! Everything else is fine, no dead pixels, no loose buttons, no scuffs or scratches...

Whatever...if it really gets to me in a few months I'll visit an Apple Store and get it exchanged at the genius bar.

Do you think they'll exchange it for something like this after waiting for so long? Considering it was there the whole time.

Just checked the back of mine and the text is all straight. Must have been an issue with the jig when these were laser etched maybe?

One question I have is the '0682' code on the back. In some of the photo's here its tiny text, yet on mine and my wife's its big? Just interested why this would be? :)

Mine was crooked too, bought Apple Care plus and the black leather Apple case, problem solved.

Just noticed that my 5S also has this mis-aligned text on the back. Funny thing :D

I don't even see what the OP is seeing in that photo.

In any case...if it really bothers you, just bend your phone to straighten it out.

Stupid that you would exchange it for such an issue anyway... guess we all grow up some time..... apparently some are still waiting. It's print on a phone......

I'm hoping I forget about this before the next time I pull mine out of its case.

pretty sure mine is crooked, too, and most of the display models at my local store.

It would bug me but I'd put a case on it so would probably keep it if it otherwise works ok.

This reminds me of car dealers that put stickers on the back of cars and put them on CROOKED - like they just slapped it on there. One of my biggest pet peeves. No way I'd drive off the lot with one of those, it would be removed or it would be a deal breaker. End rant.

I bought a 6 plus today and it also has the crooked wording on the back. Has anyone exchanged there's that had crooked text? They shouldn't cherged me for a replacement correct? It's not a big deal, but once your notice it it is quite annoying. And I'm sure the wording isn't suppose to be crooked.
