There's nothing left to do but laugh at the ridiculous haircut the Yankees are going to make him get.
Yes cause the haircut he had with Boston was so normal and classy:rolleyes:

You know the Championship run is over for Red Sox Nation since the complaining has begun again. Looks like the Red Sox front office is back to its old ways of letting the good players go and not spending money.

And the Yankees front office is still trying to pump money into players, even though some of them are past their prime (Randy), others just don't work out (Lofton). That extra $70m you guys spent you last year got you two games deeper into the playoffs
Perhaps now the Sox can have a center fielder with something other than rubber for an arm. I can't wait until someone grabs second after Johnny catches a deep fly.

This actually happened last year in a game against the Devil Rays. Carl Crawford tagged and SCORED from SECOND on a deep fly caught by Damon. He crossed the plate standing up.

It wasn't about being classy! Randy Johnson's mullet wasn't classy, but it was Randy. I laughed my ass off when I saw the haircut they gave him in NY.

I've lived in New York City all my life (30 years). People forget what the Yankees went through during the late 80's and early 90's. For example, pitching staff had Dave LaPoint, Andy Hawkins who pitched a no hitter and lost.

Well, Carl Crawford is one fast mother****er. He's probably faster than Dave Roberts (who will forever be remembered for that stolen base than the 157 others (so far)). But, had someone with a real arm been back there, he would have had to slide at least.

Also, in related news, the Sox struck back at the Skankees by signing John Flaherty to a one year deal.

So the Yankees pay a bunch of money for a player past his prime. Seems to me that the Yankees got screwed by their greed and the Red Sox had a nice burden lifted off of them by the "evil empire"...

I wouldn't say he's past his prime yet, like Bernie. But he's getting close, and with the way he plays in the field (total disregard for his body), he probably won't last long.

Now if the Red Sox signed him you would say "glad we got him cause he is one of the best in the field and will be good for another few years."
