My 6S has a darker bluish tint on the upper left quarter, I'm deciding what to do, if to risk for an exchange etc.

But that dark corner you have is even worse, I've seen it already here but I don't think it should be considered normal. Personally I would have it exchanged.

I dont usually notice mine during normal usage. I am wondering if I should play the exchange lottery. So many possible issues with the replacement too.

my iphone 6 has a dark corner at the top right near battery icon. even a new display didn't fix it. its hardly noticeable unless you're OCD like me

I am pretty darn OCD too. The new display didn't fix it? How is that possible?

My experience is limited, but I am furiously browsing various forums and threads for problem like these (this is my thread https://forums.macrumors.com/thread...my-screen-fun-game-for-young-and-old.2010702/ )

What I found is that the "darker top" is very widespread, as is color tint / shifting. It's also the same with iPhone 7, that instead has the "darker bottom", with a yellowish tint.

I also found your "almost black" corner a couple of times, but it was very less diffused. If you'll exchange the phone I'll suppose you'll get no black corner, but probably you'll get a darker top or other darker patches around the screen. I think that "good" screens are roughly 10 to 50% of total

I am probably going to end up keeping mine. My dark corner can only be seen if you focus on it.

Why not get a new battery, and remove all of the scratches from the screen by getting a replacement?

I have no scratches on the screen. I want to get a replacement but the service center here said they couldn't see the problem and is within spec. I wonder what I can do to get a replacement.
