Exactly! Their regular prices make the 30% code even more worthless. If I were to make a similar purchase for 3 cases at Best Buy, I could get 25% on ALL 3 of them. If they truely wanted to “make it up to” us, they would provide a much better discount (50% at the very least) or a similar offer.I got the discount code too... not really interested in their accessories as they tend to mark them up against places like Amazon more than 30% anyways...
I would have ditched them if T-Mobile will make wi-fi calling work with my Sony phone...This should prove that AT&T is shady. I used to pay hundreds of dollars each month for their services. Now I am with T Mobile and never look back.

I contacted Investor Relations, which essentially is the executive office. I've had luck with emailing them before, so I'm hoping I will get something back.I did not get a call back myself, which makes me mad. He told me to keep his number in case I ever needed anything. I will be calling back!

Finally got a hold of him. He was less than helpful. He apologized and said there is nothing they can do. He said thanks for the feedback and it will be passed along. I’m literally in shock. This is the Office of the President and there is NOTHING he is willing to do.Please do keep us updated, thank you.
