Yep i post mine from my phone as its just much easier.Is everyone posting from their phones? I've never been good with the whole screen shot thing and I posted through my PC and don't know how to add a screenshot. I guess I could have done it through the mac but even that is a little hard for me.
Yeah, thanks. Try to do 60 mins exercise each day. And at work normally walk about 2-3 miles a day.1850 exercise minutes or roughly 59 minutes a day.
Same here - 4 out of 14 getting 68 exercise minutes. Probably take me most of the month, since I typically only get that amount of minutes Friday - Monday.4 out of 14 days done so far. I'll have this one sorted in a couple of weeks.
Finished this today, had one close day earlier this week where I was off work not feeling very well but made sure I closed the move ring before I went to bed as didn’t want to start again!This month i need to set a move streak of 15 days which i thought was a push but i've just checked and seems like the last time i didnt reach my Move goal was the 16th October so in theory i should be ok! My job involves loads of walking around campus fixing IT stuff so strangely the issues could be weekends if the weather isnt great and we dont get out doing anything. If thats the case i may have to hop on the Apex spin bike we have for a session.
Sorry to hear about your hip injury10 out of 14 days done here. A bit of a hip injury and lousy weather not helping. However I’ll get the rest done soon enough. Plenty of time.
