For my self it’s been an ongoing issue my pain management for over 24 years now about.
Sometimes I can go a few months pretty good and pain free the all of a sudden I’m confined to bed for who knows how long….

Mines nowhere near that bad. Just not good for running.
I have a different issue today though. Full of cold for the first time in 10 years I’m guessing.
Not a cold. It’s Covid so hoping it doesn’t hang around for long.

Still full of Covid. Going to need to recover in the next few days to make this one.

Wound up catching covid early this month and haven’t gotten back to exercising yet.
Managed to complete one of my days of 1005 kcal today, so three left for my challenge.
Knocked the challenge out last week. January will be interesting…
2 days to complete so I should just about get over the line. Covid isn’t enough to stop me getting another perfect month.
