yes, been going for years, for all I recall since 2016 ...

Thank you for the info.

Its only since June of this year that i started to wear my Apple Watch all day & everyday and activated the fitness component of it.

I love the Limited Edition Challenges and the animated stickers they give.
So far i only have 2 completed and looking forward to adding this 3rd one now :)

my "limited edition challenges" goes back to the new years challenge 2017, though my "perfect months" goes back to Feb 2016 so I think some of the limited edition ones are missing but not sure and I'm not keeping track :)
and yes, the 2023 new years challenge showed up this morning

Made it, despite being sick at the beginning and having some truly unpleasant weather the last week (most of my exercise is walking outdoors with my dog). I've hit three months in a row, now. I expect January I'll probably have to sit out. (But I'd sure like to have one of those "take a walk for 10 minutes 5 times" type goals.)

Tough. I’m easing back into it after Covid.
I finally went out for a short run yesterday evening. It was tough. Couldn’t control my heart rate at all like I normally can but maybe I’m just out of shape. In fact, my resting heart rate still hasn’t gone all the way down to what it usually is. Seems like it’s going to take a while to get back to normal. Going to take it slow for now. The good thing is my muscles and joints seem completely fine despite the downtime.

Hope you get back to 100% soon!
