Nice. Where'd you get the cool Folder icons?
I actually saw them on another desktop. "efoto's" desktop. I don't know where she got them but she was kind enough to mail me a "container" with them. Think I've still got it. PM me. Cheers

I have to christmas desktop apps running (X-Mas Tree, and Snowman) but while they run they show in the dock. Is there a way to stop them from showing in the dock while the are running?

Use Dockless. The only catch is that you can't access the menubar, or switch to it via Apple-Tab, but with MacLampsX, which I run, you can still customize it by clicking on the bulbs and hitting Apple-, to pull up the preferences. Otherwise you have to turn the dock icon back on when you want to change it. I don't have any need to change it, so it's not a problem for me. (Of course, if you know of any good bulb sets, that could change.)

I was actually debating using this desktop but the yellow and reds were too vivid for my mood. I forgot where I had found the desktop so I just did some sleuthing and finally found it! http://www.deviantart.com/view/23625346/

This one doesn't have the windmill, and shed in it?
Lacero can you post a link? I searched around but couldn't find the one with the windmill, cow and shed.
I do like it though - thanks - I think Will was the original poster!

Cheers

It has been a while since I posted a desktop. Here is my latest. I know it is not very Christmas like but hey, it can't hurt to show Santa what you want for Christmas.

Could I have the desktop pic please? Thanks! :)

Well, outside is so cold and gray, that I decided to go green and fuzzy this month (or at least this week). :p
Where did you get that iCal icon from? I prefer it to the usual red one.

This is a Christmas Cactus flower from my father that I just shot with my new FujiFilm FinePix E900 digital camera (see my review and sample shots on my blog, nice pocket camera with full auto and manual control).

Actually it is a part of Somatic - an icons set/Shapeshifter theme/wallpapers combo (of course you can download each separately) that I'm greatly enjoying these days.

For the adventurous forum readers, here is how to change the icons "the hard way" (BTW the file names are App.icns and App-empty.icns for the standard and "running" icons respectively).

Enjoy

Have you been on the Haunted Mansion ride at Disneyland during the Holidays?
