Basically unchanged from my latest October(!) desktop. Just a different OS.

LINK PLEASE! I need a link for that. :Crazed look in eyes:

Have you been on the Haunted Mansion ride at Disneyland during the Holidays?

You can get it at www.digitalblasphemy.com, it is a subscription site though.

I've only ever been to EuroDisney (or whatever they call it these days) once in February. It was very cold and very wet - on the plus side it was very empty :)

Thanks :)

Do you by chance have a link to your image? I would like to use it later this month.. I am not in the "festive" spirit yet, but that will come soon, I can feel it! :)

i occasionally use pictures of my crashes to keep me from missing my dirtbike too much in the winter here ;) my scars aren't quite enough to ward of the desire to ride. :D that ktm picture made my bad little ticker go 'pitter patter' with nostalgia.

the desktop is here

iGary, are you using a massive 30" cinema display or something? You've got LOTS of screen real estate.

Looks like lots of users here have big monitors with high resolution, or just use a high resolution. My 1152x768 is so damn tiny now

Awesome. Thanks for the link. I actually visit that site quite a bit and don't remember seeing that particular pic. Thanks!
No problem. Btw, I remembered summat about a comment about edesignuk and Avril, and it turns out that I managed to quote him exactly from about 4 years ago in a "famous mac user" thread  I predict that 4 years from now I'll be unknowingly quoting him about Kiera :p

EDIT: Link to thread - https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/12631/

iGary is using the "GrandDaddy" of Monitors: its the 30" screen that his PM G5 is pushing

The cool thing about this one is that the snow is real (falling, and incredibly realistic). You can read my explanation here.

i'd love to hear about it (and perhaps get a copy of whatever you did to make realistic snow appear to fall on the desktop) but the link isn't working, at least not for me. (i tried safari and firefox) but i'd like to hear more.

Interesting. Works fine for me in various browsers: it's just a blogspot domain. Anyway, it's done with Powder.

Edit: yeah, it seems to be down for me too. I guess I was just viewing a cached version of the page.

Edit2: And it appears to be affecting all blogspot blogs. Silly blogspot.
