I totally expected the new Accord to win and was pretty shocked to see the winner when my Motor Trend arrived. Hopefully GM will continue to improve the quality/design/performance of their vehicles. The new CTS and Malibu are both huge improvements.

Awesome. Very quick cars. They are pretty much a 4 door Corvette, basically.

Must be nice! I've only ever seen 1 that I can remember and it was just a quick drive-by. (VERY small town here)

Just read the article in this month's Motor Trend on the XLR-V. GM let 'em take the limiter off and drive it all over Europe. Very cool article. They ended up taking it 171 or so, I believe. :eek:

Yeah they are really great cars! They are really underappreciated since most people buy Mercedes AMG or BMW M. I have always loved Cadillac's; the american styling is like nothing out there. I'm looking into a '99 Seville STS. If my mom lets me, I will have it soon! :D

We almost bought a '92 or so STS when I was a kid. I wanted it so bad, but my Dad didn't really have that good of credit back then. If I'm not mistaken, it was the first year of the Northstar. I believe it was '92 or '93?

'93 was the first year for the Northstar. Debuted on the 2-door Cadillac Allante (anybody remember that car?) and came on the Seville STS as standard equipment. The engine is amazing, but has had a few share of issues. They are expensive to maintain and you are lucky to find one that never needs to be touched. As for my Seville STS, here are the pictures of the one i want (I also work at the dealer where it's located)

I remember the Allante! There was one around here back in the day. I believe the guy has a Dodge SRT-10 now. :eek:

That's an awesome looking STS, man. While I do like your Camry, I definitely think the STS is nicer. :cool:

And since we've completely taken over the thread with car talk, I'll post a desktop to get us back on topic:

Yes it would be a really nice upgrade... but yea back on topic! I've still got my same Blue Chip '08 STS wallpaper...

EDIT: I like that wallpaper. I also like your iMac... i only have 4 more days until i get mine! :eek:

I love my iMac. Best computer I've ever owned, hands down. I had been waiting to buy one for months, then they released new ones finally in August and I ordered mine the day they were announced. The white iMacs are really nice, as well. I figure you'll love yours.

Oddly enough, I've never seen one of the white iMacs in person. I always loved the looks of them, though.
