Hello,

I have several offline maps downloaded to my Apple Watch. I am running out of space and need to delete the almost 10 GB worth of map data to save space.

I’ve gone into the maps app on the iPhone and turned off syncing to the Apple Watch, but is there a way to actually delete the files in the Apple Watch app or on the watch itself?

Thanks

On your phone, go to Settings->Apps->Maps and turn off "Sync with Apple Watch". You should then see the maps storage on your watch start to decrease until it hits zero. Took maybe five minutes for 19 GB to be cleared on my OG ultra.
