Running Monterey 12.6.7, iCloud keeps re-adding a deleted Google account.

Go to System Preferences, internet accounts, delete G Suite account, "Remove From All". Almost immediately I get the
"Google Account Added" notification and it reappears in the Internet Accounts. I read that you have to turn off Keychain before you delete the account. I tried that and it still doesn't work.

This is an account I shut down so there is no password that will work. So long as I keep the Keychain unchecked, the account stays deleted, but once I turn Keychain back on, the notification pops up immediately.

Yes, I removed it from my iPhone without issue. It seems to be just a Mac problem.

Are you turning off iCloud Keychain on every device in which it is enabled?
I have about a dozen iCloud devices. I turned off keychain on the Mac itself.

I actually was able to prove it was a bug. I went to a computer running Big Sur and after deleting it there, with Keychain still active, magically, it deleted on the problem machine.

It's almost like I'd supposed to work without messing around with keychain.
